Deep
within the sanity and Sanctuary
of the human mind
there is a sacred garden
of easement and remedy.
There, the turmoil of the daily toil
is put to rest
and the natural harmonies flow
from one part to another.
Gone the struggle, gone the stress
of having to pretend to be
what one is not for real.
In this divine blessing,
the soul comes to rest
and I can be who I am,
simple and at peace.
Here joy abounds
and friends can be found
in the quietness within!
